• Scheduling Policy - Scheduling is in 60-min increments. Attendance will be charged in full at start of each 60-min increment.
• Cancellation Policy - Cancelled or Missed attendance without 24-hr notice will be charged in full and ineligible for rescheduling, exchange, or refund. Late arrival over 15-min will be considered Missed.
